Diablo's thin film custom circuits provide the flexibility needed to meet today's requirements: high density, low TCR, close thermal tracking and high stability. The capabilities and materials available for custom thin film networks are summarized below. You can also refer to our Design Guidelines which are now available online. MATERIALS

Diablo Industries' QA Department inspects every shipment of incoming raw material to ensure its compliance with both our specifications and the manufacturer's. Most materials are available in a wide range of sizes and shapes. We can process substrates from 0.25" to 4" square. Diablo has extensive production experience with the following types of substrate materials:

METALIZATIONS

Diablo provides a wide variety of sputter-deposited film coatings to meet your needs. Gold and copper films are available fully sputtered and electroplated to your specifications. Standard metalizations include:
